Roseto del Drago® Brand

Roseto del Drago® is a registered trademark identifying Casa Cassan, the hospitality company of Antonello Nicola Cassan. It is a hospitality and cultural project created with the goal of restoring and preserving the architectural complex's ancient splendor while bringing back to life the history of those who lived there over the centuries.

The name *Roseto del Drago* (Dragon's Rose Garden) was chosen for the following reasons:

* **The Dragon**: Depicted in copper on the building's gargoyle (or waterspout) overlooking Via Ginnasio.
* **The Rose Garden**: The green heart of the home, an inner garden hosting approximately 100 different rose varieties (including rare and fragrant Damask roses), alongside hydrangeas, aromatic plants, and fruit trees.
* **The Cultural Connection**: The current owner, architect and publisher Antonello Nicola Cassan, was born in Genoa, whose symbol is Saint George defeating the dragon. Furthermore, World Book Day is also celebrated as the Feast of Saint George and the Rose.

Antonello considers himself the custodian of the residence—and particularly of the rose garden—and personally welcomes and guides guests and visitors.
